Terms of Use
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms apply to the website at tipdapp.com, run by MoSol LLC (“Tipd,” “we,” “us”), including joining the waitlist and sending a business partner inquiry. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
tipdapp.com describes the Tipd app and lets you join a waitlist or ask about partnering. Using the Tipd app itself is covered by separate terms shown in the app and by Apple's App Store terms. These website terms don't replace them.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist. If you send a business inquiry, you confirm that you're at least 18 and allowed to speak for that business.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means we'll email you when Tipd is available. It doesn't guarantee access, a spot in any early release, or a launch date.
- Launch timing, features, cities, and platforms can change. Mentions like “coming soon” describe our plans, not a promise.
- You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.
- Please sign up only with an email address you're allowed to use.
4. Business partner inquiries
- Sending the partner form starts a conversation. It isn't an offer, an application you're guaranteed to be approved for, or a contract, and neither you nor we are obligated to go ahead.
- If we do partner, the relationship is governed by our Partner Terms, which cover your page, offers, data, and fees. They control if they conflict with this page.
- Statements such as “free during launch” describe our current plans for new partners. They may change and apply only as described in the Partner Terms.
- By submitting, you agree that we may contact you by email, or by phone if you gave a number, about partnering with Tipd.
- You confirm the information you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it.
5. Examples and results
Some parts of the site show example content to explain how Tipd works. That includes dashboard previews, analytics figures, funnels, estimated customer spend, promotions, coin amounts, search results, and business profiles.
These are illustrations, not real results or guarantees. What any business sees on Tipd will depend on many things, including its location, category, offers, and how people use the app. Dashboard features shown as previews may change before or after they launch.
6. Using the site fairly
When using the site, please don't:
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
- send spam, or submit forms automatically with bots or scripts;
- try to access data, systems, or areas you aren't allowed to;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or overload it;
- copy or scrape the site's content at scale; or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may remove submissions and block access that breaks these rules.
7. Content and trademarks
The Tipd name, logo, design, text, and graphics on this site belong to MoSol LLC or its licensors, and you may not use them without permission. Business names, photos, and places shown in screenshots and examples are there to show how the app works. They belong to their owners, and showing them doesn't mean those businesses partner with or endorse Tipd.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to Instagram and TikTok. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms apply.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Venue details, hours, prices, and offers change, so check with the business before you go.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MoSol LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you rights these terms can't override, those rights still apply.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
